Software Editions
Three editions for branch offices & data centers, with different terms (1, 3, 5 years) & payment periods (prepaid, annual, monthly):
- Standard: Small / medium-sized organizations
- Enterprise: Medium / large organizations with majority of apps hosted in private data centers
- Premium: Large organizations with SaaS or apps hosted in a multi-cloud & IaaS infrastructure

Work from Anywhere Subscriptions
VMware SD-WAN WFH subscriptions for business users includes VMware Edge Network Intelligence™ & have two options:
- WFH: Typical home users
- WFH Pro: Home “power users” with higher bandwidth requirements

Optional Add-Ons
Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, Gateway to non-VMware site connection, dedicated hosted Orchestrator, dedicated hosted Controller pair, dedicated hosted Gateway, software Gateway instance, VMware vRealize Network Insight (or vRealize Network Insight for SD-WAN, vRealize Network Insight Cloud for SD-WAN, VMware Secure Access™ (add-on to VMware Workspace ONE®).

VMware SD-WAN for branch office and data centers is also licensed by bandwidth tier. Bandwidth sizing from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps. Bandwidth upgrades available

Hardware Support
Replacement services include 4 levels of delivery service, including same-day. Three levels of optional hardware replacement onsite service, including same-day.

Software comes with a support plan. We offer three levels of 24x7x365 software support, with aggressive response times for critical issues.
